Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué No. 546 was published in the Official Gazette dated 18/1/2023 and numbered 32077.
According to the regulation introduced, since the information regarding the transactions that are obliged to be registered in accordance with the Trade Registry Regulation, which are included in the table in the annex of the published communiqué, are notified to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance electronically by the Ministry of Trade, the notifications regarding the transactions in question will be accepted as the notification made by the taxpayers, and there will be no need to notify the tax office separately by the taxpayers for the transactions in question.
