In line with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's instruction on Foreign Exchange Position Reporting of Legal Entities dated March 20, 2023, legal entities with a total cash and non-cash loan balance of TL 5 million or more from banks operating in Turkey are required to report their foreign exchange position reports to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey within the first 10 business days of each month via the "Summary Foreign Exchange Position Report" link created at https://tcmbveri.gov.tr. The first reporting will be received for the March 2023 period and reporting should be completed within the first 10 business days of April.
